Easier email validation delivered!
After we released our newest versions of www.Laborfair.com and the new www.Laborfair.net, we have been working around the clock to optimize the user experience for you and your customers. During the sign-up process of the new laborfair.net, we ask you to validate your email address. We do this to guarantee that Laborfair can work seamlessly with your email service and that every job lead intended for you actually reaches the right email address, yours! It is an extra step in the registration process but it pays off when those leads get to your email inbox!
During the first two weeks, we realized that many of our new service providers were having trouble with the email validation. Whenever the email took time to reach the inboxes, new members would hit RESEND to send the validation code again to their email addresses. However, every hit delivered a different code! At a certain point, users could have several different validation codes in their inboxes and it was not clear which code to use for validation. Well… problem solved! Last Thursday, Aug. 16th. we released a new site that sends you always the same validation code to your email address regardless of how many times you resend it.
We also added a Notice in the email validation page inviting you all to add the notifier@laborfair.com email address into your “email safelist” to make sure your job leads do not end up in your Spam folder. Remember to do this! You do not want your precious job opportunities to get confused with your spam.
