  1. this system eats the pits, please publish a customer # and
email address directly with the lead so that we can
contact directly, this leaves the customer hanging, also an idea
of how much this person is willing to pay per hour would
delineate them from others. For others not willing to publish
their email address then give thema customer box # with
their message on Laborfair, and they can phone if they
choose to do so.That way they would have the message
    loaded by phone

  2. Thomas,

Thanks for your comment and ideas. Let me respond in detail to them:

    1. Regarding publishing contact information from customers: our model currently releases the customer information only to the provider pursuing the lead. This way we protect consumers and give advantage to the provider valuing the lead and available to pursue it.

    2. Regarding timing: our new lead distribution system guarantees a response to customers within 48 hours regardless of the availability of the original provider of choice.

    3. The idea of the customer box is very good! I will table it and open internally the discussion about it. Thanks for sharing!

We are always open to your question and ideas to improve laborfair.com. Please keep them coming!

    Jose
